          Chiropractic is a health care system that focuses on the structure of the body. Maintaining proper body structure can help the body function well. Likewise, if a body area is not functioning well, optimizing the body's structure can cause improvement to that body area.

          In addition, chiropractic believes that the body has an inherent ability to stay well. We try to enhance that ability by optimizing the body's structure especially at the spine and extremities.

          Chiropractic focuses on the neuro-musculo-skeletal system. Therefore commonly seen conditions are strains/sprains, bursitis, headaches, disc problems, leg pain (sciatica), and arthritis to name just a few.

RELIEF CARE:     This level of chiropractic care begins with the obvious symptoms that you have, and attempts to reduce and relieve your pain. This may involve several frequently scheduled visits to begin the healing process and restore function to the neuro-muscular-skeletal system. Often, in quick onset uncomplicated conditions, relief care is all that is needed, taking a short amount of time with a few visits. 

STABILIZATION CARE:     A stabilization level of treatment is sometimes needed to continue the healing process even if your symptoms are subsiding.  This involves less frequent visits as well as continued home instructions.  Also, in conditions that are chronic, a plan of stabilization care can be recommended to maximize function. 

PREVENTIVE CARE:     Preventative chiropractic treatment attempts to maintain normal body structure and function, thus preventing problems or minimizing those problems that do occur.  Preventative care involves periodic evaluation and chiropractic treatment to help prevent problems.
